Introducing AIR, Lazer Lamps’ latest LED light bar range, specially designed and engineered with the heavy truck and commercial vehicle market in mind. Designed, engineered, and manufactured in-house in the UK, every detail of the AIR-55 has been carefully considered to deliver a high-performance LED solution with striking product design, elevated by a monocoque lens construction and signature position light feature. New additions with coloured position lights are now available, with integrated Red, Green, or Blue options alongside the UNECE R148 approved white position light. The AIR-55 offers even greater flexibility for custom styling while maintaining the lighting performance and build quality you expect from Lazer.

Emitting 6,800 raw lumen, and with 1 lux delivered to 524m, the AIR-55 is a very capable LED light bar at a competitive price point. Furthermore the light distribution has been carefully engineered with the vertical and horizontal spread optimised for road use including from higher vehicle mounting positions. The lamp is UNECE approved to Regulation 149 as a high beam driving light, through adoption of Lazer’s dual output E-Boost technology; controlled via quickly flashing the light off/on, the light can be quickly dimmed for avoiding glare when passing road-signs for example (flash-to-dim), or at any time programmed to always work in the high or low output modes, with the low output mode complying to the UNECE Reg149 as an on-road high beam driving light.

Amplifying the appeal of the AIR-55, the Beacon function variant is approved to UNECE Reg65 as a narrow-field, night-limits, (XA1) beacon light, with 2 different amber warning light patterns which can be selected and synchronised (between multiple lamps), at the point of installation, or using a momentary switch where the requirement is to change the flash pattern on demand.

Aside from the enviable levels of high beam illumination provided, the AIR products all feature an integrated ‘twin’ white or Red position light. Aside from the safety benefits, utilising the latest technologies and materials has created a distinctive signature appearance viewed from near or afar. When operating the white position light this is approved to the UNECE Reg148 standard for on-road use.

The styling and build quality of the AIR products is amplified by its injection moulded monocoque polycarbonate lens. Boasting a lifetime guarantee on the ‘unbreakable’ lens, finished with hardcoat lacquer (an example of one of the upstream manufacturing process Lazer also manages in-house), the lens flows down and under the lamp, with a textured appearance to the underside. The unique lamp design is enhanced thanks to the supplied innovative ‘Centre Mount’ system which permits the light to sit much lower relative to the mounting point for a clean sleek installation.
