Delivery Information

Having placed an order every effort will be made to dispatch your items on the same day, or the following day. In case of issues such as low stock on an item, we will inform you of any delay to shipping and the reasons for it, as soon as is practical after your order is placed.

All deliveries will be made by DPD or DHL courier service (in certain exceptional circumstances we may use UPS). At the point of checking out, you will be presented for the option of a Standard or Express service. Please note - ALL deliveries will require a signature. Service levels and prices, for UK customers, are given below (ex vat):

Where the billing address is outside of the UK, UK VAT (20%) will be deducted at the checkout. Customers will be liable for country specific duties & taxes applied at the point of entry into each country. Prices shown below are ex vat.
